Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dabur and accept Dabur's decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

Cancellation:

We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling the order by you is a double loss of revenue for us. In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. After receiving that email, Dabur will take a decision regarding the cancellation which will be final and binding.

Please note:

In case you cancel, if it is approved, the bonus used if any will not be reverted and in case of prepaid order your money will be refunded back in the form of credit note. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dabur and accept Dabur's decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation in COD Cases:

  • We appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders shall lead to withdrawal of COD facility from your account without any prior intimation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Dabur and accept Dabur decision regarding the cancellation.

Charges

For Deliveries Within India Charges Will Be Variable Depending On Your Parcel's Location, Weight, Volume, Fragility And The Value Of Your Order. The Charge Will Be Calculated By The System And Will Be Shown To You At The Time Of Making Your Purchase. It may be noted that this charges are subject to change from time to time and without prior notification.
